This webinar provides an overview and the theoretical background of functional connectivity and phase analysis of EEG signals. The presentation guides you through basic methodology and important concepts, like synchronization and complex values. We demonstrate an exemplary connectivity workflow via Analyzer 2's Coherence and Correlation Measures transformations (available from version 2.2.0) as well as pipelines for well-known phase-based measures like Phase-Locking Value and Phase-Locking Factor. We discuss the interpretation of results and caveats that are common for EEG connectivity.
